UKTI ASIA TASK FORCE

The UKTI Asia Task Force (ATF) brings together a small group of senior figures from industry, education and Government to focus on boosting British exports to Asian countries.

It is co-chaired by Vince Cable, the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills (Ministerial Chair) and Lord Powell of Bayswater (private sector Chair).

The UKTI Asia Task Force group meets every 6 months for business-led discussions on what more we should be doing to succeed in Asian markets and acts as a channel for these views in to Government Policy.

PARTNERS

UK Trade & Investment and the RBS Group will be working in partnership to promote to UK business the breadth of opportunities in key Asian markets through a programme of events around the UK in February 2012. These practical events bring together expertise from across the UK and Asia with the aim of galvanising more UK companies to do business in Asia.
